June 1, 2021 - Agree with tasting note on 2019 vintage, a very enticing wine. A taste leaves your palate painted in tropical fruit, ripe, wanting more. Much broader than most NZ SBs with nice mouth feel, serious depth, ripe fruit acid, required rumor of SB cat y piss icity. All in perfect balance. Congrats to the winemakers, they know their stuff, very fair price at US$17. Terrific restaurant wine.
I watered the plants with two $13. NZ SB this week.
