November 24, 2021 - A fabulous white from the indigenous grape, Famoso, also called Uva Rambela, a vine rediscovered in the last decade, from the Valle del Bidente in Romagna. Highly aromatic with notes of acacia flowers and citrus fruits, this straw yellow wine offers a medium texture and fresh acidity balanced by the lemon and grapefruit flavors fermented and matured in stainless steel. A balanced and persistent finish. Great with fresh cheese and risotto, a genuine find.
