October 18, 2023 - Light yellow-gold. vibrant. Pineapple, citrus, some darker scent like musk (but not musk) which my limited vocabulary cannot describe (wet stones?. Tasted pretty much consistent with the bouquet but in a more restrained (for a CA wine) but high-strung. Reminded me of a very good Puligny-Montrachet. Don't see much point in holding more than 3 to 5 years.

April 7, 2023 - Gravel, mineral and grass on the nose, silky finish with some acidity. Stone fruit flavors. Matched well with roasted flæskesteg
