  February 3, 2024 - Was not expecting this much from the Ramonet to be honest. So much power with some reductive yeast, flint, honey, green apples, lemon curd, toast. Called this Coche blind 🤪. Impressed!

  February 3, 2024 - Aligotasting (Utregs Wijnhuis): [Tasted blind] This was just outright spectacular (blind) and even more so when bottles were revealed. This was my WOTN over Coche, Lachaux and Leroy, all 5-10 times as expensive. Pale yellow with a green note, medium+ intensity on the nose, quite reductive and with time showing more of its beautiful fruit profile. Very linear and lean. Great concentration. 93+

  January 16, 2024 - Last of 3 bottles. This was just great. Again a clear representation of the house style - that is, rich, somewhat opulent but texturally viscous with edges rounded by high quality oak treatment. Plenty of ginger and citrus (yuzu?) on the Aligoté. I’ll not hesitate to restock if the opportunity presents.
