April 1, 2024 - Modern Chianti with juicy red fruits, some heat is noticeable but with global warming it has become difficult to find 'fresh' Sangiovese in recent vintages.
December 26, 2023 - Pretty good Chianti and value.
August 12, 2023 - This bottle was hot and disjointed.
June 8, 2023 - Cherry, licorice, plum, spice and oak. Beautiful depth, a very classic Chianti Classico.
May 24, 2023 - Great bottle at La Busola in Florence Italy. Paired with Tagliata di Manzo All’Aceto Balsamico. Nice acidity. Red fruit. Wonderful dinner with perfect wine.
April 25, 2023 - Dark fruit, good acid, significant wood on the nose. Edited to add that the up front oak diminished on day two I think day 2 was even better!
February 21, 2023 - A big, boad-shouldered Chianti, offering attractive aromas of plums, spice, leather and Tuscan earth on the nose. Full-bodied and rich in texture. Shows excellent depth on the front-and mid-palates, along with a piercing acidity. Finishes very long, with notes of tart, tangy cherries, mineral and iron that just go on and on. Still youthfully tannic and a bit oaky, this needs another 3-4 years to smooth out and come together. Delicious now, but has tremendous potential. Could eventually be a 94-95 pointer. Excellent QPR at just under $25.

January 9, 2023 - (100% Sangiovese, 14.5% Alkohol, pH 3.33, 5.62g Säure, 27.16 g/l Trockenextrakt, 18 Monate in 500 Liter Tonneaux ausgebaut) Strahlendes Rubinrot.
