June 19, 2023 - Rough and unbalanced at the pop, so into a decanter for a few hours before dinner. This helped tremendously to smooth out the awkwardness. The nose is nicely perfumed with flowers and herbs. Full of dark fruit like fig and plum on the palate. No noticeable heat or alcohol, which is always nice. Much better than a year ago. 5+11+16+9= 91

April 29, 2023 - Good nose. Benefitted with air over multiple hours. Red and blue fruit. Firm tannins that dissipate daome but not overpowering. Good now and will age some

March 16, 2023 - Decanted this yummy cab for about 3 hours & it’s in a beautiful place. Dark cherry & plum & cocoa on the nose & tongue with some cedar /menthol lift in mid/back palate. Medium body & medium-long finish. It deserves the praise it receives.
