April 12, 2015 - A lot more fruit on the nose then on the palate. Points to better days have past. Still pleasurable and balanced medium finish. Some fruits broke through after decanting. It is what it is good value
March 6, 2012 - Brick red. Still full aroma. Very good, even though the palate has started fading already. Probably would be better 2-3 years ago.

December 11, 2006 - medium bodied, lot of nice fruit - cherry, raspberry. Some oak,allspice, touch of licorice. Great value wine, that's the last of our 1998!
