March 15, 2023 - First Pinot Blanc. Pleasant and interesting wine to taste. Was recommended to us at the wine shop.
The wine has a golden color with silver rims. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit, pear, melon, mineral, light toasted wood and dusty stones. The body is medium with medium alcohol. The wine has bright, medium acidity texture with a short finish.
It might be a still developing wine coming in at around 4 years old. -
