  September 30, 2023 - This is my second bottle, the first was about a year ago. Then, I thought very well balanced, a bit acidic, young, but lots of potential. This bottle now was almost wow! It has fleshed out quite a bit, dust, mocha, gorgeous fruit, fine tannins that creep up on you. Very well done. Can’t wait till bottle # 3 next year and # 4 somewhat later. Rutherford indeed… showing its pedigree

  April 3, 2023 - Red and black fruits, oak, some mocha notes and the Rutherford dust. Fruit forward though balanced. Medium/full bodied. Rich and smooth with fine grained tannins and a medium length finish. I haven't consumed BV wines for a few years and this tasted much like entry level BV's I drank from the late 70's vintages. Good to get reacquainted.

  February 17, 2023 - Dark red to purple in the glass. Black fruit with some chocolate. Drank well out of the bottle and opened up over an hour. Overall, nicely put together and enjoyable.
