    February 11, 2024 - Super Bowl LVIII 2024 (Alpharetta, GA): Starter wine #1: I really liked this wine. Fresh, nice acidity, baked bread, green apple. Excellent.

    October 2, 2023 - This was amazing after being open for an hour or so. So complex on the nose and the palate. It is somehow citrussy and laser sharp but also rich and yeasty. The finish goes on and on. Brilliant, must buy more!
