November 9, 2021 - Consistent with the bottle of eight months ago, it's enjoyable if not too memorable. I'd have preferred a bit more freshness, but still, it proved a good companion to food, and so there you go. I preferred this cooler as opposed to warmer (too warm and some banana notes came out that I could have done without). 13,5% abv., drink now. At $17, it's recommended

October 26, 2021 - Shockingly rich and complex. Med gold color. Nose had creme brûlée, pineapple and honey. Paired really well with cheeses. M was upset I had to pour a quarter cup into the risotto.

October 15, 2021 - Robe doré assez dense.
Nez exubérant, pêche, vanille, fleur d'oranger.
En bouche, rondeur, pêche, melon miel, acidité modeste compensé par un peu d'amers. Bien fait.
