January 8, 2024 - Needs air to unfold, but as it does - wow. Smoky with notes of apples, white fruits, citrus. Good intensity, precision and balance. Medium bodied. No hurry. In Saumur with Hasse and CG.

August 11, 2023 - Tasted in Bordeaux city ‘Cave de la Gironde’ gastro wine bar, mecca for organic/biodynamic geeky wines. Organically farmed, zero sulphur until bottling, managed by Antoine Foucault former co-owner of arguably most famous domaine in Loire - Clos Rougeard. Intense perfumed aroma of jasmine, honey, baked apple skin, acacia, crushed rocks, butter, hint of lime peel, peaches. Medium body, complex, powerful and focused with tense, grippy and ethereal structure, zesty lemon and green apple flavours, high juicy acidity.

January 22, 2023 - So elegant, so precise. Not demonstrative at all but everything's in the right place here. Give it a few hours of slo ox and enjoy.
    Can be kept too.

December 3, 2022 - Tasty chenin blanc but way overpriced

November 21, 2022 - Nice chenin blanc. Very tart on approach. Quite tight. Nice yeast and melon nose. Lime is a bit over powering but there is a buttery finish to it.
