September 18, 2022 - Pausing for the Cause Fundraiser and Dinner (Obelix - Chicago IL): Small glass from magnum (this was only bottled in magnum). Very bright apple with impressive concentration and power. Subtle textures are less effervescent than typical, but this ends with the same power with which it starts. Very good already now.

November 23, 2021 - Bright, racy and punchy. Young. This doesn’t quite show the complexity yet. But wait and should develop nicely.

November 12, 2021 - La Fete: Lunch w/Vincent Laval (Frenchette): More spicy in style and a lit bit sharp to start although the edges soften with time. Very quick finish. It's fun to get to try. Very interesting to try this with two of the older ones to see the evolution.
