January 10, 2023 - Big and bold, not ideal for an aperitif but well made and little to no signs of age. Good pqr at 25€.

September 11, 2021 - Wonderful german Sekt. This is really as good as a champagne. Nice brioche notes, still very fresh with a very long finish. The perlage is very elegant Over 8 years on the yeast. A really tremendous sparkler.
