January 1, 2024 - Pale golden yellow. Nose a mix of pear, mango, vanilla, and citrus. Mouth similar, taste lasting 45+ seconds. Delish

January 2, 2023 - Needed air. Out the bottle, a bit reductive . After 30 minutes of air, aromas of apricot, a bit of vanilla and spice, and lemon-lime emerge. Medium-bodied, some phenolic bitterness and medium acidity. Very long finish. Served with crab cakes, couscous and salad.
