April 24, 2022 - Fascinating wine, dark ruby red, rich fruit, grippy tannins, 11% abv. Beside the red berry bouquet, there’s some farm animal smell, some banana. Pairs nice with an outdoor babeque. Best on first day, but some air after pop is a good idea.
