June 25, 2010 - Had this vintage a few times before with nothing exciting to report. Today was different, however. We paired this with a Safeway apple pie. The results were tremendous. Mocha and chocolate flavors were unlocked on the way to a velvety finish. Neither the apple pie, nor the wine lasted 15 minutes after that discovery.
