    November 18, 2021 - Day 1 seemed fully mature, unlike the 2019 Domaine Huet from the day before. Was quite enjoyable, nice saline and mineral accents.

    Day 2, though, seemed prematurely oxidized, with bruised apples. Not nearly as enjoyable on the second day.
