September 14, 2021 - Opened not decanted and served chilled. Needs to be warmer to enjoy. At the two hour mark the acidity is still crisp, a rounder mouthfeel with more depth of honeyed lemons. Light to medium weight in body; ends with a sour lime and mineral finish. Good.

August 22, 2021 - Opened last night. Pretty good. Pretty aromas of steely citrus, including lemon and lime. Some lovely vanilla comes out in the mouth as well. Impressive at the price, if not the most complex of wines. 4-11-16-8: 89/100.

August 21, 2021 - Better after a 60-minute decant, when vanilla begins emerging underneath the sour lemons. 12.5% ABV.
