December 28, 2021 - Tasted immediately after opening the bottle; chilled to American cellar temperature and tasted from a Zalto-style white wine glass. Golden yellow in color. Fascinating aromas and flavors of passionfruit, freshly-baked bread, pineapple, and yellow currants. Very interesting Sauvignon Blanc, unlike any I've tried. Tropical, acidic, zesty. I like this wine partly because it's quite good, but also because it's so different! Neither oaky nor malolactic in style, yet still rich and complex. Very fun.
