  감칠맛이 휘감는 산미
  여리여리한것 같은 바디감 사이로 깊은 후미
  시음 적기에 진입한 느낌
  앞으로 몇년간 쭈욱 맛있을듯

  May 13, 2023 - 1-2hrs of air. Cherries, raspberry, tar, dried leaves on the nose. A very refreshing palate with bright red fruits, good acid, and a bunch of tannin on the finish. A very nice drinker for about and hour or until the palate started to fall apart and the tannin came way down and the fruit retreated. Lowered my rating from 91 to 90 for this. Still not bad QPR but this wont make the long haul, hold for 2-3 more years but drink within 5-10.

  April 28, 2023 - 60% La Serra grapes with 40% Brunate grapes. Sour cherry, medicinal, red rose, cinnamon spice. Very solid but certainly too young.

  April 3, 2023 - Mid tawny in the glass - showing a lot of development. Dusty on the nose with notes of dried cherry, strawberry jam, tea, old leather and charred meat. It’s holding up better on the palate than on the nose. Plenty of acidity and powdery tannins. Chewy and intense. There’s a curious note like Chinese five spice, not unpleasant. Long. It’s savoury and really leathery. Drink up.
