October 8, 2023 - Nice straw color. Very light nectarine nose. Orange citrus on the palate with strong acids. A nice touch of oak showing. Long nice finish with a bit of puckering. I have more of this and will let it sit for three to five more years.

June 17, 2023 - Bottle decant 3 hours. Pale gold colour. White flowers and honeysuckle on the nose. Medium+ acidity, well-balanced with good minerality and finish. My second time trying and enjoyed both times.

June 9, 2023 - Nice evolution from the last bottle. It has nice nose of flowers and just a hint of lemon. Would benefit from a decant.

February 12, 2023 - Opened to accompany sushi and poke at SeaLodge. Pale gold. Nose of alpine flowers, white rocks, apple core, scintillating grapefruit. A melange of flavors on the palate including granny apple, lime, grapefruit, flinty stone, and a hint of lychee. Lovely acidity and aristocratic spine. Long finish of choice white fruit amidst creamy but rocky tart sweetness. Extraordinary harmony and vivacious zest. A most impressive showing for such a young wine.
