November 26, 2022 - Pale lemon with very little spritz on the eye. Nose is pronounced lemon and lime and hint of apple. To taste, it’s got lemon zest and a distinctive sweet and sour combination, much like a lemon meringue or limoncello. Unusual, given this is a champagne blend of Chardonnay 51%, Pinot Noir 41% and the rest Pinot Meunièr.

May 15, 2022 - Nice layered, J Cuvee Sparkling Wine, a little to acidic apple sour but very smooth and pleasant and appreciated floral and fruit finess for the most part after.

December 31, 2021 - Sabered the top off for NYE 🙂. The age on this bottle has given a rounded sweetness to it, with a creamy mouthfeel that dances with bubbles on your tongue.
