February 6, 2024 - A flamboyant, multi-facade character gave it a distinctive charm, full of playfulness, very complex and energetic, a produce stepping between old fashioned and modernness, rather engaging, a product of greatness and sexiness, simply remarkable.

November 25, 2022 - A bit muted in the nose with some classic notes of cedar, leather and tobacco eventually coaxed out, but boy was this firing on all cylinders in the mouth. Soft, luscious red fruit, Christmas spice, blonde tobacco, a hint of animale, and dried flowers. Perfectly balanced, with exactly zero hard edges. Tannins like the caress of raw silk. Surprisingly medium bodied, elegant but simultaneously salt of the earth, an Edith Píaf of a wine.

October 20, 2022 - Tasted blind. Wow what a great nose. Purple fruit, bacon, blueberry. Really delicious, braid, sweet core of fruit but never hot.

October 16, 2022 - Extraordinary dark in colour, 13.5% displayed on the label, but never felt this way! Beautiful nose of sweet spicy red fruits and the palate is rich, medium body, a lengthy finish, I don't detect any extraction, this is indeed an exceptionally well-made wine, especially in the department of pure fruitiness and sweetness!

August 28, 2022 - I cannot conceive of a better 99 St Emilion. Perfect balance, length ++. Absolutely delicious. No hurry, in truth.
