August 18, 2021 - How wonderful to get exactly what I had hoped for! Lively, fresh red-fruited wine of raspberries, rhubarb and cherries (not much herbs or earth) that’s not quite gamay, not quite pinot, and probably not quite whatever mondeuse is supposed to be. But not “fruity,” and firm of acid and even of tannin. Delightful light and fresh French red.
