    December 16, 2022 - Blend: Trebbiano with a small part of Chardonnay
    from clay rich and stony "Galestroā€¯ soil with southern exposure.
    Manual harvest.
    Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
    13% Abv.

    Background: Castello Vicchiomaggio was purchased by Federico Matta
    in 1964. Son John, with degree in Viticulture and Enology joined in 1970.
    Proprietors: John and Paola Matta
    Wine Maker: John Matta

    A(ccuray)=2: Bright straw yellow. Mildly aromatic, floral blend.
    B(alance)=2: Fresh fruit with adequate structure.
    C(omplexity)=1: Apple, nectarine, saline minerality.
    D(epth)=1: Tangy mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
