from clay rich and stony "Galestro” soil with southern exposure.
Manual harvest.
Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
13% Abv.
Background: Castello Vicchiomaggio was purchased by Federico Matta
in 1964. Son John, with degree in Viticulture and Enology joined in 1970.
