March 28, 2024 - Till en carbonara med hemgjord pasta och gjord som i Frescati klarar syran inte att balansera rätten. Efter maten är det dock delikat och hade gärna druckit en flaska till som sällskapsvin.

January 26, 2024 - Enjoyed a couple of glasses with dinner. Very deep dense purple in color, almost a dull finish.
Aroma is equally dense and of dark black fruit and some distant smoke.
Flavor & body are rich and of plum, leather and again smoke notes. -

July 29, 2023 - Dark cherry, blackberry, and some baking spice on the nose. Dark fruits, spice, and some cocoa on the palate. Moderate tannins, medium body, medium acid, and a medium finish with red fruit and spice.

May 12, 2023 - Deep extraction. Petit adds a nice supporting note. Good food wine. Tannins are still pronounced. Needs to cellar a few more years.

April 27, 2023 - Delicious food wine. Nothing exceptional, but very drinkable. Bottle was easy to drink and hardly lasted through dinner. Fruit is a little muddled. Medium mouth feel and finish. Held up to spicy food.
