Nice balance with acid and tannin.
Long finish.

December 24, 2021 - Deep ruby colour. Medium (+) and developing nose with black cherry, jammed plum, chocolate, oak, vanilla, cinnamon and alcohol. Medium (+) taste of red plum, dark cherry, chocolate, oak, tobacco and cinnamon. Medium long and dry finish. Low acidity. Medium (-) tannins. Full body. A good Ripasso that lacks some balance and complexity. Drink now. Goes well with beef or lamb.
