May 20, 2023 - Very interesting, but needs more time. It's got some heft and some complexity waiting to come out. Very enjoyable. Probably try again in another year.

Aromatics are primarily blue fruit driven. Blueberry, black cherry, baking spices, vanilla / oak, and a faint whiff of licorice.
Young and tannic on the palate. Body is medium, acid is moderate. Simple but very reasonable for $10. Would benefit from a few more years in bottle. -
