February 16, 2024 - Perfectly fine today. Oyster shell, fruit already fading a little bit. Slightly oxidative, and a little short. These are just fine for list price, not sure at 2-3x

October 9, 2023 - My overall impressions are that this wine was 1) still quite youthful and exuberant 2) had a really strong fruit profile of blueberry and cranberry 3) a slight acrid note that I don’t love 4) moderately oxidative in profile. This improved with air over the course of a few hours.

September 10, 2023 - This was universally praised by everyone at the blind tasting. While no one guessed champagne, it had exceptional balance, minerality, and bead. Generous Pinot fruit.

September 7, 2023 - On the nose, strawberries and cream, fresh apple and lovely subtle autolytic notes playing a supportive role. On the palate, ripe fresh snappy fruit, excellent balancing acidity and deftly done dosage. This is chalky and detailed yet simultaneously has a creaminess to the texture that adds breadth while keeping its lift and freshness. Overall this is pretty seamless, lovely wine drinking very well with time in hand. I'm impressed.

September 4, 2023 - Drinking down my stash of this quicker than I intended. On opening this is tart cranberries, strawberries and peaches with some savory and mineral accents. But after a few hours it turns to a delicious watermelon and prosciutto combination that is completely unexpected and the tartness fades. The last 2 bottles I have put one glass aside for late in the evening and that has been the best one. Yum.
