April 13, 2023 - Georg Breuer is one of the big players in Rheingau. Made from single vineyard in a famous ‘Grand Cru’ area of Rüdesheim, old vines, some over 50 years old. Wine is aged on its lees for 10 months in large and old oak foudres. Pale golden colour. Elegant and complex aroma of pears, apricots, leeches, quince, flint, bergamot, lemons, herbal and petrol hints. Palate is rich in finesse, elegant texture, focused elaborated fruit flavour profile with envious minerality, crisp high acidity, long refreshing finish.
