February 20, 2024 - Bright, vibrant, fresh, and lovely wine with prominent notes of citrus (lemon and lime), apricots, green herbs, salt and beeswax. Zesty on the palate but not sharp; fairly long mineral-laden finish. A really nice food wine, this was delicious with prawns sauteed with asparagus tips, basil, garlic and sweet red peppers over linguine.

August 26, 2023 - Almost monolithic. Mostly lemon and lime, though there's a subtle undercurrent of almond and beeswax, perhaps from the Riesling. A solid sipper, just doesn't land in my sweet spot for whites. Slightly disappointing as I have found Gardoni's reds both interesting and enjoyable.

November 23, 2022 - I don't understand some of the previous wine notes. This is a terrific little Bianco di Custoza made from 40% Garganega, 20% Trebbiano, 20% Trebbianello (local variety related to Friulano), 20% Riesling. Custoza sits on the southeast end of Lago di Garda near Verona. The nose is fragrant with a bit of not-quite-ripe peach, melon and peanut skin. These flavors carry thru to the taste, which is light and just off-dry with plenty of refreshing acidity plus a touch of almond bitterness in the finish. Definitely a summer patio or picnic wine.

September 14, 2022 - This time it seems very bright (acidic) with a bitter edge. Will not buy again.

April 16, 2022 - Pleasant but nothing special. A little light effervescence.
