November 9, 2013 - really nice bottle of wine. One of the better cabs I have had. drank over the course of 90 minutes, the wine got better with time. I will decant next time. Nose of dark fruit, with a touch of leather. The wine was very dark in the glass, on the palate there was lots of dark fruit, and a touch of sweetness near the end. Tannins were almost non existent. Lots of sediment, so I will run through a filter when decanting.

September 22, 2007 - This is one of the best Cabs I have ever drank. It is very smooth on the palate! I will save at least one bottle for consumption of 5 or more years down the road. I am curious to see how it will age! I do feel it can't get too much better!
