March 29, 2024 - Floral nose with touch of lemon peel. Tropical fruits on the plate with lime and loads of mineral acidity. Pear on the finish, with prickly acidity and granite. Interesting to pair with carrot cake, but was hoping it would be a bit sweeter.
March 16, 2024 - Greenish gold color. very minerally on the nose, tropical fruits, iodine, Riesling petrol. Crisp and full on the palate with an oily texture. Honey, sour lemon, minerals, bit of green apple. Sharp (not unpleasant) acidity, fine balance. Finishes long and crisp with lingering lemon notes and cleansing acidity. Well-made but not to my palate.
February 27, 2024 - Medium straw. Tropical notes on the nose. On the palate dry high acid, pineapple and passion fruit, apples. Tart and bright. Medium finish. No rush on this one. Very good wine, fairly complex. Good QPR.
July 17, 2023 - dry; nice mouth texture; good fruit density, taken over by citrus zest on the finish
January 9, 2023 - Petrol at the onset, then a blue cheese odor that was not entirely pleasant Worked very well with coconut shrimp rice; the lime zest and basil came out of the glass. Excellent acidity and the cheesy smell dissipates with time. Probably a wine to keep. Like most American wines, it is an expensive exploration into terroir. Hard to choose this over so many German, Alsatian and Austrian rieslings.

December 10, 2022 - I drank this at a party with non geeks. There was some oak over the first hour making the wine unpleasant. I thought this lacked sweetness. Another person thought this was sweet! Two people. Two opinions. I have another bottle!
Gasp. Since everyone below pretty much enjoyed this, maybe I got a bad bottle. This has been stored in my below ground basement since arrival last year.

August 3, 2022 - Great light bodied Riesling, calling for oysters.
Pale lemon. Restrained nose of pear and ocean air on the nose. On the palate apple and key lime. Very good crisp weeknight white.
July 2, 2022 - Light and delicate nose of white peach, lime zest, lemon/lime blossoms, petrol, and honey. Lemon and white flowers on the palate with a long acidic finish. Another beautifully made Riesling by Cody!
