February 13, 2012 - Fruity nose. Medium body. Rich red currant flavor with a long finish. Slightly dry. Pairs well with simple fruits and cheeses.

October 22, 2011 - Uncomplicated and relatively thin for a Cab, but really tasty and easily accessible. Good first bottle for the evening.

December 13, 2010 - Brad opened after my Linne Calodo Syrah over Monday Night Football with NY Strips.
Not a complex nose. Medium dark cherry and light leather.
The palate is one dimensional but has a nice mouth feel.

September 6, 2010 - I'm little new to Napa cab at this price point, I found it enjoyable (especially since it was a gift) but I was expecting a little more bang for the buck. I'd be interested in comparing others in ~$30 range.

January 27, 2010 - An average cabernet. Really nothing to discuss here. I think my club price was 30 something, just too much competition in that price range to justify drinking it, I've always been a big fan of their "Peak" series from Terlato which is part of the same group, and probably the main reason why I kept my membership, but to be frank, I can buy the Terlato from the winery by itself and save the suffering I have to do by drinking this cabernet just to get what I get now.

Overall a good balance of tannins versus fruit, a touch thin, but only for those who notice such things, not overly fruity, no heavy vanilla, no intense sweet cherry, not overly dry... tannins were OK, I really have nothing bad to say about the wine but nothing really great either. It's kind of like kissing your sister, it's OK and makes you feel a certain level of comfort but it certainly won't raise your level of excitement, at least for most of us.

March 30, 2009 - Very dark and tight on the noise. Decanted for about an hour still really tight but seamed to open up as the night went on. The second day it was mellower and I could really taste the fruit and the tannins started to go away. Not bad but i should have waited another year before i opened this bottle.
