March 22, 2008 - Really distinct smoky (like an outdoor sappy pine fire) & blackcurrant nose. Good fruit, but a bit monolithic, 'hard' and over-extracted seeming to begin. Softened over an hour or so. Not really sure I liked this, but I'm not sure why.
