October 5, 2018 - Tasted at home and it was yummy. Took to our local favorite restaurant and we decanted and aerated it. Wonderful at first tasting. An hour later, we drank and it was amazing. Color was dark brick. Complex flavors. Soft tannins. Drink now!

June 16, 2010 - Nicely maturing Brunello. Still a good deal of fruit, cherry and plum flavors with some vanilla notes. Long smooth finish. No reason to hold longer.

July 18, 2009 - Deep purple. Decanted for a few hours. Still young, lots of sweet tannins, but very drinkable now. Kept opening as the night progressed, lots of cherry, tar, flowers. Old World styled, excellent with cheese tortellini with bolognese sauce. Could sip on this for days. Every sip got more interesting.

April 19, 2009 - Very nice Brunello. Paired with steak, it is an excellent food wine. Cherry, oak and vanilla flavors. Smooth finish with complex layers and and a satiny ending.

January 1, 2009 - Great New Years wine and an outstanding food wine. Lots of red roses on the nose. Dark red, clear, minimal signs of aging. Medium-full bodied with tons of fruit and some spice, but still a good bit of tannins so this thing can go on for a long time. Smooth and elegant. Old World in style and it still tastes fresh and young....long finish, good acidity. A total pleasure to drink. 93-94 pts.
