December 25, 2015 - This was a lemon curd driven thing for me. the nose was more complex and intriguing than the palate. would like to revisit again in 5-10 years.

March 28, 2014 - I have been finding too much citrus in blanc de blancs recently, but not this one. Maybe the secret is bottle age. This was beautiful, balanced and smooth. Straw yellow with big mousse and nice bead. Palate of oatmeal, biscuit, minerals and a hint of citrus.

September 18, 2012 - May be starting to fad a bit. The citrus has moved to the front which is very nice. Long dry finish. Solid food wine.

Really enjoyable - A little worried given its age and that it was from PLCB sale stock - but nothing to fear
Really enjoyable and went down a treat
Yeast & Subtle citrus. still had the bubbles -

August 3, 2011 - Aromas of yeasty bread, baked apple, and citrus. Very similar on the medium to full bodied palate. Great acidity and super smooth finish...Aromas and flavors intensify with air, gains more weight and structure. Very well done
