January 29, 2023 - Light straw color. Lots of apple and peach on both the nose and palate. A really pleasant wine. With the notes of minerality this wine has some complexity.

May 29, 2022 - Emilia Bianca is utility wine. A blend of half Sauvignon Blanc, then Pinot Bianco, Ribolla Gialla, and Tocai Friulano. Has a sturdy Napa backbone, the freshness and crisp acid of Sancerre. Delicate and pretty and reliable.

December 28, 2021 - Not a bad showing for a white wine you can pick up at WF. Has some of the trademark Massican zip. But perhaps a bit too strong on the perfumey, potpourri pinot bianco that hides the citrus and fleshier tropical fruits. If you taste this and wish it had a bit more pizzazz (acidity, striking fruit, not plush or oak) then come with me to the Annia and SB.
