August 8, 2022 - Aged in 86% oak barrels (21% is new French oak), 10% concrete, and 4% stainless steel.
Hazelnuts, floral, apples, apricot, vanilla, lemon curd.
Didn't enjoy this. Felt flat, with not enough zip; I kept getting a slightly bitter note on the finish.
