  April 23, 2024 - Superlative Chablis. Marvellous nose, explosive white peach and salted lemon. Authoritative palate, structure, freshness, ripeness, tension, concentration, elegance, impeccable expression of the terroir and the style of the vigneron, harmonious, sculpted, everything in the right place. Salty finish with huge energy and length. Fabulous now and for 20+ years. Sovereign. At bistro Bord de l'eau, Hostellerie Levernois, Levernois, France.

  April 13, 2024 - Beautiful white fruit attack with a surprising combination of size and precision on the mid-palate. Approachable and even quite enjoyable now, this will benefit with age, with more complexity emerging.

  December 8, 2023 - Out the gate the wine is not asleep… engaging and with air it took even bigger power. Very good length and likely to get better with time in bottle

  July 15, 2023 - Has some of the '20 cut hay along with preserved lemon and honeysuckle. It is rich, layered and textural, unctuous through the mid-palate and loaded with salt. It has flavour intensity but is light on its feet. Acidity is modest but the finish fresh, vital and long.
