Community Tasting Notes 3

June 2, 2011 - Lots of cork residue, but we filtered it out with the vinturi, which smoothed things out a bit, leaving a really mice mellow French yeast and something between wood and fruit and floral nose. A little tannic, but fine on its own. Lovely subtle raspberry and bing cherry mouth. Just a really nice French table wine. Fantastic to my palate! :-)

March 23, 2008 - Drank with the girls at Europa Bistro. Nice fruit, not much tannin, not much of a nose.
