July 24, 2023 - C’est correct. Vraiment pas assez d’acidité à mon goût, donc le sucre résiduel domine. Fruits mûrs, pas typique de Chablis à mon avis. Profil nature évident.
April 7, 2023 - Litt volatil til å begynne med, blåste bort. Fint med litt luft på denne.
Tropisk frukt, salt og mineralsk. Smaker litt honning etterhvert. Veldig godt!
June 7, 2022 - Fruit is well balanced with acid and minerality. I got a lovely undercurrent of honey — not sweetness, but the flavor— that made it special. Had to get more.

Sharp dark gold, viscous (13.0 alc.; organic); honey, vanilla, wine lees, citrus and lime nose; mid-acids; deep Chardonnay fruit; long semi-lush citrus and vanilla finish. w/baked chicken. 16.5 UC Davis scale, 91 other scales.
