  April 16, 2024 - Decanted this an hour ahead of time and the result is beautiful. Palate has put on weight in the past year and rough edges from 2 years ago are gone. No longer a bargain but still good value.

  March 22, 2024 - Garnet color. Fresh nose of berries. Spiked acidity, some alcohol, strawberries, cherries, tomato vines. Medium ending. Good aperitif.

  August 7, 2023 - Night 2, much better. Tasting less obvious with more structure, less ripe fruit flavor. Tonight this is much more interesting and I like it. Still on the riper side, this seems a bit "international" not what I look for in Sangiovese. But it's drinkable and pleasant. I'm just thinking more of a steak than a big plate of fettuccini alfredo.
