October 18, 2021 - Tasted by the glass as a wine pairing to the menu at Kloster Eberbach’s restaurant “Klosterschänke”:
Purple red colour, smells of cherry, elderberry and smoke, medium body, dry, but not in a harsh way, in the mouth elderberry and smoke, in the aftertaste smoke, acidity and a little bit of elderberry, good length (30 sec), a good and expressive Pinot Noir.
