  September 7, 2021 - Baked apple, pear, some lemon citrus, a bit of vanilla, creme brulee and spice. Drunk over two days but notes are primarily from second day when it does seem much more open and accessible. Medium body with medium acidity. Long finish where the bright acidity really enhances the baked apple, pear, and citrus finish. I can see this aging well and expect it will easily go 5-8 years from the vintage and likely longer.

  June 12, 2021 - Very nice; nose of orchard fruits, a hint of baked lemon, a bit of wood spice. The palate has good balance and lovely lift. Not sure there is a better Chardonnay for $20...
