August 12, 2023 - 3 Result of a Crush Wines; 8/9/2023-8/12/2023: Day 1: A year since I had this and full 3-day wine review treatment. Better than a year ago with bramble, stone, clay, dust, pepper, spice and red currants. Complex wine and far exceeds its price. 93 points
Day 2: Beef biscuit, stone, pepper, minerals, sour cherry, dust and charcoal. Complex wine and far exceeds the price point. 93 points
Day 2.75: Another level on this wine. Yes, Christmas spices, blueberries, stone, floral, black pepper, minerals, charcoal, dust and exotic spices. Long finish and one of the top wines for the money this year. 94+ points
Day 3: Not nearly as good as day 2. I would consume these in the next 4 to 5 years.
Recommendation: Result of a Crush wines are killing it for the price.
July 22, 2023 - Serious black pudding nose. Lots of plums and floral notes. Richer by 2x than the RoaC. Really good body and depth with the finish taking the floral more into perfumery and fruit picking up spices and slightly tarry notes. Really good.
July 18, 2022 - 2nd time drinking this wine in less than a week. Bramble, floral, white pepper, earth and stone. Very good.
July 15, 2022 - Result of Crush Walla Walla (Walla Walla Tasting Room): 90% Syrah, 8% Viognier and 2% Marsanne. Stone, earth, smoked bacon, blue fruits and spice. Complex wine for under $30.
March 25, 2022 - Really expressive nose featuring pepper with some floral aspects. Classic rocks flavor with a peppery finish. Quite nice.
December 22, 2021 - PnP - this didn’t need much air as it was drinking well right off the bat. Subtle rocks notes with a clean mouth feel.
