November 15, 2022 - A little bland, with a steely character. Don’t think it will improve

December 23, 2021 - Made with 100% Chardonnay from the lieux-dits petit Curoulet, en Flandre, les Corvées, and la Platière (2.35 hectare in total on heterogeneous soils), viticulture "en conversion biologique", spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, malo complete, two winters in neutral tonneaux with regular ouillage, bottled unfiltered, 13% ABV. A delightful wine, light and fresh, immediately recognisable as a Jura wine, balanced and harmonious, flowers and citrus, green apple, gentle bitters and some warmth from the wood, lovely length. Direct and focused. Good value.
