February 3, 2024 - Nice balance of sweet and tart. Very refreshing and well balanced.
November 3, 2023 - Since my wife was not a fan of the previous bottle I used this one in a recipe for mushroom, leek, and potato soup.
(Much much later, like 5 months) - I found over half this bottle sitting in the wine fridge and when I went to use it for cooking, realized that I liked it and so did my wife. Go figure.
October 20, 2023 - I liked it again, nothing fancy but what I look for in a NZ Sauvignon blanc. My wife thought it had nasty bitter undertones.
