March 19, 2022 - Lost in the cellar for... a little while. Was surprised at how good it still was. Still had some dark fruit coming through, light smoke, some notes of sage, and plenty of texture.

January 3, 2013 - Bland start;nice finish. Taste is blunted.Watery. Royal purple. Disappointing especially with the reviews for the vineyard and the hype about the Tool drummer owning a stake. For Arizona, this is at least a notch above wines from Kansas. The 87 is a gift.
